### **Minimum qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 3 years of experience in network capacity planning.

### **Preferred qualifications:**

• Experience in project management within network planning.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic planning environment.
• Ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from analysis.
• Excellent investigative skills for network planning decisions.
• Excellent organizational, and detail-oriented skills for network topology management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage network planning for Google's global production edge network, focus on the development of topology, capacity, and infrastructure plans of record.
• Lead projects that align with the network supply plan’s weekly and monthly release cycles to address reliability, geo-expansion, and stockout queues.
• Facilitate the publication of network plans by managing topology changes through regional reviews and change control board processes.
• Define and monitor key business metrics, such as process time and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, to optimize the throughput of new planning queues.
• Provide technical expertise to automate workflows and collaborate with partner teams ( Global Network Delivery, Global Network Solutions) to resolve process ambiguities.
