Job Description

Technical PM for Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flow support activities.

Follow and apply defined support standards, runbooks, SOPs, and RCA templates during incident

resolution.

Contribute to operational reviews by providing inputs on incidents, KPIs, trends, and continuous

improvement opportunities in line with managed services expectations.

Work closely with Infra, Cloud Ops, Security, and OEM/vendor support teams during

issue resolution.

Provide operational inputs for service reporting, reviews, and continuous improvement

initiatives.

Salary Range: $13500,000- $150,000 a year
