Summary
The Technical Publications & Airworthiness Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that all technical documentation meets regulatory standards and supports the airworthiness of aerospace products. This position is vital for maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and enhancing the safety and reliability of our aircraft. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality technical publications that facilitate operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical publications, including manuals, guides, and specifications, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to gather and verify technical information.
- Conduct reviews and revisions of existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in the preparation of airworthiness documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Support training initiatives by providing technical content for training materials.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to technical publications and airworthiness.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes affecting technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical publications or airworthiness within the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and airworthiness standards.
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for documentation and publishing.
