Job Description
Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Technical Writer will create, edit, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with subject matter experts and utilizing AI tools to enhance documentation workflows.
##### Key responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and guidance documents
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information
Utilize AI-powered tools to improve drafting, editing, and content organization processes
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional technical writing experience
Experience using AI tools for documentation development and editing
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and best practices for AI-generated content
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
