Job OverviewTIG Welder Fabricator – BridgendWe are currently recruiting for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join a busy engineering and manufacturing team based in Bridgend.We have multiple positions available across both day and night shifts for skilled welders who are confident working to high-quality standards and producing precision-fabricated components.Available Shifts:Day Shift:Monday to Friday6:45am – 3:15pm39 hours per weekNight Shift:Monday to Thursday6:00pm – 6:00am48 hours per weekAdditional 14% night shift allowancePay Rate:£19.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities:TIG welding and fabricating components to specificationReading and working from engineering drawingsProducing high-quality welds with excellent attention to detailEnsuring all work meets quality and safety standardsWorking efficiently as part of a skilled production teamRequirements:Previous TIG welding/fabrication experience essentialAbility to interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExperience within an engineering or manufacturing environment preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for skilled Welder Fabricators looking for a stable role with competitive pay and shift options.Location: BridgendIf you have the skills and experience required, we would like to hear from you.INDCARDIWork Location: In person
