Job Description

We're looking for an organised and motivated Transport Administrator to join our Dunedin team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service

Preparing freight quotations and processing bookings

Monitoring freight movements and communicating updates to customers

Liaising with transport carriers to coordinate deliveries

Processing invoicing & capturing supplier invoices for accounts payable

General office administration and data entry

About You:

2-3 years’ experience in an administration, customer service, transport/ freight role

Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers

Good computer skills, including basic Excel knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take initiative and ask questions

Well organised with a positive, can-do attitude
