Job Description
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Pembrokeshire. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer queries, coordinating orders, and liaising with internal and external teams. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication and organisational skills.What will you be doing?Handling customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely mannerScheduling and coordinating customer orders efficientlyCommunicating with batchers and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfilmentRaising and processing sales ordersMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsProviding excellent customer service and building strong client relationshipsSkills & KnowledgePrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role (industry experience is an advantage)Knowledge of UK transport legislationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organisational skills with the ability to multitaskAttention to detail and accuracyConfident using computer systems and order processing softwareAbility to work well under pressure in a busy environmentPay Rate:£35,000 to £40,000 per annumShifts:7am-5:30pm Monday to FridayLimited spaces so please call our Cardiff team on 02920393444 or apply.We look forward to working with you!
