An opportunity currently exists for a Transport Coordinator based at our Tennyson Site on a permanent, full time basis. The purpose of this position is to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective movement of goods from Tennyson to entire QLD region.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and optimise daily transport schedules and delivery routes to meet customer requirements.

Allocate drivers and vehicles based on delivery priorities, capacity and operational needs.

Process, release and manage transport orders accurately using Microsoft D365.

Ensure transport and order information is complete, accurate and aligned with operational requirements.

Monitor and manage daily pallet movements and reconciliation for the Tennyson site.

Maintain accurate pallet account records across CHEP and Loscam systems.

Support efficient day-to-day transport operations by proactively identifying and resolving scheduling or delivery issues.

Work closely with drivers, warehouse teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Ensure all transport activities comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Mass Management and Fatigue Management requirements.

Contribute to a safe, efficient and customer-focused transport operation

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in FMCG, Food or high volume and batch manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of CoR, Mass Management, and Fatigue Management.

Exposure to TMS platforms such as TransVirtual, Freight2020, MTData, or FreightTracker is highly desired.

Experience in FMCG or temperature‑controlled freight environments.

Experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft D365 and/or SAP, plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Certificate III or IV in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (or working toward).

A valid forklift license is advantageous but not essential.

Additional compliance‑related training (CoR, Fatigue Management, Load Restraint) is highly regarded.
