Job Description
Detail-oriented and communication-focused, the full-time Vehicle Listing & Verification Specialist will review and verify seller-submitted vehicle information remotely, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met before listings advance in the auction pipeline.
##### Key responsibilities
Review and verify seller-submitted documents for authenticity and completeness
Evaluate vehicle condition photos and request corrections from sellers as needed
Contact sellers to clarify details and confirm intent to sell, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
##### Required qualifications
Near-native English fluency, both written and spoken
Confidence in making outbound phone calls and sending text messages to customers
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Reliable full-time availability during U.S. business hours
Comfort with learning and navigating CRM or proprietary software systems
