Voice Picker

The Role

You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, picking and packing orders using a voice headset system and operating a stock picker.

Using a voice-picking headset, you’ll be guided around the warehouse to pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. No boring desk job here — you’ll be on your feet, moving around and keeping the orders flowing!

Day-to-day includes:

Voice picking orders using a headset (voice picking role)

Pick packing and preparing goods for dispatch

Operating equipment (Stock Picker)

Manual handling and lifting (15–25kg)

Meeting pick rate and accuracy KPIs

Have experience in voice picking, order picking, and operating a stock picker.

A valid license

Are physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

Have good attention to detail and can work to targets

Are reliable and show up ready to work
