About the Opportunity

Be first point of contact for 3PL customer service, this role is primarily responsible for organising customer inquiries, shipping orders, assisting at the front counter, and processing documents received from customers. The position involves coordinating the inbound and outbound movement of goods by maintaining accurate records, updating inventory systems, and ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows, while providing ongoing support to both internal teams and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Processing of 3PL customer orders, including data entry, order tracking and closure of orders.

Customer Service for 3PL customers.

Coordinating the inbound and outbound movement of goods by updating inventory system, ensuring

accurate documentation and liaising with warehouse staff.

Assisting with preparation and processing of documentation for truck and courier drivers for

collections and deliveries in front counter

Working closely with 3PL storemen staff and warehouse team to ensure smooth operation and

record-keeping.

Managing RF scanning operations to update inventory and track shipments.

Customer Service to external and internal stakeholders.

Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in CargoWise1 and Microsoft Office 365.
