Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Pontyclun.This role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery, supporting the manufacturing process, and ensuring products are produced to a high standard. An FLT Counterbalance licence is highly desirable, as the role includes moving materials and stock around the site.Shift Pattern:12-hour shiftsMonday to ThursdayOne week on days followed by one week on nights (rotating)Additional Sunday shift available before night shift rotation, paid at overtime ratesPay Rates:Day Shift: £12.87 per hourNight Shift: £15.45 per hourOvertime: £19.80 per hourKey Responsibilities:Operating machinery on the production lineAssisting with the manufacturing and packaging of productsCarrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintainedLoading and unloading goods using an FLT Counterbalance truckMoving stock and materials safely around the siteMaintaining a clean and organised working environmentFollowing all health and safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirements:Valid FLT Counterbalance licence highly desirablePrevious experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferredGood attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standardsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethicThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent long-term work within a growing manufacturing environment, with excellent earning potential through shift allowances and overtime.If you have the skills and experience required, we would like to hear from you.INDCARDIWork Location: In person
