As our Warehouse Shipping Specialist, you’ll own the final step in our operation, making sure every order is correct, complete, and ready to deliver on our promise.

What You’ll Own

Shipping & Order Accuracy (Primary Focus)

Verify, pack, and prepare orders for delivery and shipment with a high level of accuracy

Ensure all items match sales orders, pick tickets, and customer expectations

Safely load and stage outgoing deliveries to prevent damage or errors

Maintain clear documentation and records for all outgoing shipments

Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders leave the building

Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment

Warehouse Operations Support

Assist with pulling and staging orders as needed

Organize and maintain shipping area for efficiency and clarity

Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided)

Follow all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines

Cross-Functional Impact

Help improve processes that reduce shipping errors and increase efficiency

Bring attention to gaps or inconsistencies in order flow or communication

Support the team by ensuring a smooth, reliable shipping operation

What You’ll Bring

1–3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Experience verifying orders, packing, and preparing shipments

Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments

Ability to lift 60–75 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the day

Forklift experience is a plus (we will train the right candidate)

Strong organization and time management skills

Ability to follow through and take ownership of your work

Clear communication and a team-first mindset

Pay range: $20-$23/hr
