Customer Service/Sales Representative

Chariot Detailing is one of the fastest-growing mobile detailing companies in Mid-Michigan, and we’re looking for someone who can help create an amazing customer experience from the first phone call to the final appointment.

This role combines customer communication, scheduling, sales support, social media coordination, and day-to-day business operations.

If you’re organized, personable, confident on the phone, and enjoy helping customers — you’ll do very well here.

What You’ll Actually Do

This is a customer-facing communication role. Responsibilities include

Answering inbound calls, texts, and social media messages

Booking and managing customer appointments

Following up with leads and existing customers

Helping customers choose the right services

Communicating with detailers throughout the day

Handling reschedules, confirmations, and reminders

Assisting with customer support and basic sales

Helping manage online reviews and customer relationships

Supporting daily operations and keeping schedules organized

Representing the Chariot brand professionally

Schedule & Work Environment

FULL TIME position only

Primarily daytime hours

Hybrid remote + in-office communication tasks depending on workload

Fast-paced work environment during spring and summer

Must be comfortable talking with customers throughout the day

Requirements

Reliable transportation

Must have your own laptop or desktop computer

Comfortable using smartphones, scheduling apps, and social media

Strong communication skills

Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Must be dependable and professional
