Warehouse Supervisor - PM Shift

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to join our Christchurch team in a hands-on supervisory role. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, allocating work across the shift, and ensuring customer requirements are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

About the roleReporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our PM Shift operation. This is a hands-on position where you'll coordinate workflow, support operational performance, and ensure warehouse activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Coordinating daily warehouse activities and allocating work across the shift

• Supporting inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Monitoring workflow and ensuring customer KPIs are achieved
• Ensuring SOPs, MPI requirements, and warehouse processes are followed
• Promoting and maintaining a strong health and safety culture
• Operating and overseeing the safe use of forklifts and other MHE
• Supporting stock accuracy, cycle counts, and general warehouse performance

What you'll bring

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory, team leader, or senior store person role

Experience within a warehousing, logistics, or 3PL environment

Current OSH Forklift Licence and practical forklift experience

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks

Confidence using warehouse management systems and technology

Knowledge of MPI requirements and warehouse best practices is advantageous

* Aislemaster experience is highly desirable
