To support client and tutor needs over the weekend, the part-time Weekend Client Support Specialist will provide timely assistance through phone calls, emails, and support tickets while working remotely from Latin America.

##### Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, emails, text messages, and support tickets to assist parents, students, and tutors

Process account requests and capture revenue opportunities by facilitating tutoring service restarts and upgrades

Document interactions clearly and escalate complex issues to the weekday team with detailed notes

##### Required qualifications

At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, or phone-based support roles

Excellent spoken and written English with professional verbal communication skills

Comfortable answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed

Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities

Reliable with excellent attendance and able to work independently
