**What you'll do**

In this dynamic role, you will support students, academic staff, and industry partners to bring Work?Integrated Learning (WIL) to life—ensuring every placement is well-organised, compliant, and enriching. You'll be part of a team that directly influences graduate employability and enhances UniSQ’s reputation for producing skilled, career-ready health professionals. You will:

  • Coordinate student placements, guiding them through the entire journey, including documentation, compliance checks and issue resolution.
  • Promote UniSQ’s programs and build relationships with host organisations.
  • Assess placement site suitability, ensuring safety and compliance obligations are met.
  • Support the delivery of WIL information sessions and create accessible online resources.

**What will help you succeed**

Your background will ideally include experience supporting work placements, internships, compliance processes, or working within the tertiary or vocational education sector. To excel in this position, you will bring:

  • A degree qualification, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of training and professional practice.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety and risk management principles.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and time?management capability.
  • Ability to interpret policy, operate within compliance frameworks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Initiative, sound judgement, and adaptability in changing environments.

**Salary**: Total remuneration range $94,129 to $106,754 pa (includes salary range of $79,383 to $90,031 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
