### As a Solar Roofer, you will be required to

Accurately install solar PV panels, mounting rails and associated roof fixtures to domestic and commercial (more domestic) properties in line with design specifications and industry standards.

Safely work at height and on various roof types (tiles, slates, metal etc.) using appropriate PPE and fall-arrest systems.

Prepare roofs and ensure all roofing and weatherproofing works maintain the structural integrity and water tightness of the property.

Accurately position and secure mounting systems according to load and alignment requirements.

Work collaboratively with electrical technicians to ensure solar panels and inverters are correctly integrated into the property’s electrical system.

Represent the company professionally when on-site with customers, explain installation steps if required and answer basic questions.

Maintain clean and tidy work areas, both during and after installation.

### The ideal candidate will be

Proven experience in solar installation or a closely related field.

Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

* Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
