#### As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be required to

Carrying out mechanical fitting, maintenance, and refurbishment on rail vehicles and associated components

Working from engineering drawings and technical documentation to complete assemblies and repairs

Inspecting, stripping, repairing, and reassembling rail components to a high standard

Maintaining safe working practices while ensuring quality standards are consistently met

Supporting a variety of mechanical engineering activities across rail equipment and systems

#### The ideal candidate

Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter, ideally within the rail or heavy engineering industry (desirable but not essential)

The ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across a range of components and assemblies
