Accounts Payable

Handle month‑end tasks: journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting

Assist with AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and variance analysis

Support audits, budgeting, and day‑to‑day accounting projects

Work cross‑functionally with finance and operations teams

Qualifications

1–3+ years of accounting experience

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong Excel and ERP skills (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc. a plus!)

Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn

Compensation

$21.00-$25.00 Hourly
