We’re currently offering a fantastic permanent opportunity to join our Finance team as an Administration - Executive Support Officer.

About the role:

In this role, you will provide a wide range of high level and confidential executive assistance and support to the Executive Assistant on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Group Lead Team.

What the role will involve:

Support the Executive Assistant in delivering high level administrative, organisational and scheduling structure and support to the Executive and Lead Team.

Prepare, manage and administer day-to-day activities for the CFO and / Executive, this may include travel arrangements, invoicing, purchase orders and stationary.

Assists and coordinates Ministerial correspondence, Board and Executive and associated Committee papers across the Group in an accurate and timely manner.

Establish Executive correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with direction.

Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and Committees to organise meetings and ad-hoc projects from the Group while building and sustaining successful relationships on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer / General Manager

Key skills and experience:

Substantial administrative and support experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.

Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols related to managing Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers
