About Us

Revolution Recovery Center is a growing behavioral health and dual diagnosis treatment center dedicated to helping individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. Our team is passionate about changing lives and creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

We provide substance abuse treatment, dual diagnosis care, and primary mental health treatment, and we are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us.

Position Overview

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking help. This role requires compassion, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to think quickly in dynamic situations.

You will be responsible for fielding inbound calls, qualifying potential clients, motivating individuals toward treatment, and coordinating care with treatment centers and clinical teams.

No experience? No problem. We have strong training systems in place and are open to hiring both experienced admissions professionals and individuals looking to break into the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

● Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and loved ones

● Build rapport and guide individuals through the admissions process

● Gather insurance and clinical information

● Qualify clients for treatment placement

● Help motivate clients toward seeking treatment and improving their lives

● Coordinate with multiple treatment centers and providers for approvals and placement

● Accurately document calls and updates in company systems

● Work collaboratively with a fast-paced admissions team

Helpful Backgrounds Include

● Sales experience

● Customer service experience

● Call center experience

● Addiction treatment or mental health experience

● Personal recovery experience is welcomed but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
