Job Summary

As the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping, you will have impeccable attention to detail and support the Executive Housekeeper in the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible of the team, including attendants, public areas, and supervisors. You will be a hands-on leader who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. You will be an engaging leader who cares for the team and ensures the cleanliness, safety, and high quality of public areas and facilities of the hotel, to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction is of the highest standard.

You are passionate, dedicated, and love working alongside your team and have similar experience in a previous role.

You will be working on a rotating roster, including weekends - full flexibility will be required (guaranteed 40 hours per week). This is a salaried role.

What you will do

Assist in managing daily Housekeeping Operations alongside the Executive Housekeeper

General housekeeping duties

Ensuring exceptional customer service

Keeping all trainings are up to date within the department

Making sure all correct Stand Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments

Experience

Must have at least 1-2 years in a similar role

High attention to detail

A can do attitude in a fast faced environment

Physically fit

Punctual and well presented
