Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Project Manager to join a successful, New Zealand-owned design and build business in Wellington.

Help identify and resolve project issues, keeping communication clear and stakeholders informed.

Build strong working relationships across the project team while developing your own project management capability.

About You

We are interested in speaking with people who are proactive, organised and genuinely motivated to build a career in project management.

You will ideally bring

A qualification in construction management, architecture, building science or a related discipline, or relevant industry experience.

Some exposure to construction, project coordination, commercial fit-outs or a related environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

You will be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your contribution is valued and your development is encouraged. If you are looking for a role where you can build your experience, take on increasing responsibility and establish yourself in the commercial project delivery space, this could be the opportunity for you.
