We're looking for a passionate, driven and charismatic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Frog by Adam Handling, Chef Adam Handling's Michelin-starred flagship restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

We're looking for a natural leader who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives on the restaurant floor and knows how to inspire a team to deliver world-class service with personality, warmth and genuine flair.
What we're looking for
- Previous management experience within Michelin-starred, fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front and thrives during service.
- A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- The ability to motivate, develop and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
- A positive, energetic personality with the ambition to grow and progress.
