**About the programme:** As a result of expansion and development, a new senior role provides an opportunity to join the established programme team of the Trent Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. The programme is a partnership between the Universities of Nottingham and Lincoln and three local NHS Trusts in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Our intake is 32-36 trainees per year, and the programme is approved by the Health & Care Professions Council and accredited by the British Psychological Society.
**About the role:** This post is for a Senior Research Tutor, based at the University of Nottingham. The role involves supporting the implementation of our research strategy and the delivery of the research component of doctoral training. It brings the opportunity to develop a stream of doctoral research in line with your interests and the supervision of doctoral research. The role also has elements of leadership, curriculum development and line management, enabling you to get involved across the DClinPsy programme.
**About you:** You will be a qualified Clinical Psychologist who is registered with the HCPC and eligible for Chartered Status with the BPS, with substantial post-qualification experience. You will have a track record in high-quality applied psychological research and a genuine passion for training others. Your broad range of knowledge, skills and attributes will position you to work effectively in a busy, diverse role.
This post is offered on a part time basis (14.5 hours per week), on a fixed term contract for eighteen months initially.
