**Job Description**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of application development, system integrations, and Agile delivery environments, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder workshops and analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well understood.
• Develop and maintain key artifacts, including functional specifications, process flows, data models, and interface definitions.
• Support solution design by validating technical options against business objectives and constraints.
• Assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, and dependency management in Agile delivery environments.
• Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing test cases, validating outcomes, and managing requirement traceability.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to requirements and solution design.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and support stakeholder sign-off and alignment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• Solid understanding of application development, system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Proven experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers, testers, and architects.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
