This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
About YouWe highly value the skills of Business Analysts to leave no stone unturned, getting to the route of problems to identify pain points and improvements, and support the implementation of the best possible solutions. To achieve this successfully, you will be expected to develop and nurture close working relationships with other teams and key stakeholders across the business. You should be skilled in Business Analysis techniques such as requirements/user story definition and management, stakeholder engagement, business process mapping and improvement, Lean techniques, analytical tools, business change, and facilitation.
You will be highly collaborative, supporting those who own processes and services to drive the improvements and working with customers and users of services to understand their needs, We would particularly like to hear from Business Analysts with experience in service-centered organisations.
