- About us
- Large retail, wholesale and production meat business with lots of opportunities advancement and promotion.
- Located in Albury/Wodonga approximately half way between Melbourne and Sydney.

- Qualifications & experience
- Qualified Butchers or a minimum of 5 years retail or wholesale butchery experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate your ability.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- General butcher tasks
- Cutting and trimming
- Accurate portion cutting
- Boning lamb legs, lamb shoulders, turkeys and chickens
- Operating Band saws and other butchery machinery and equipment
- Lifting up to 30kg
- Early Starts
- Monday to Friday - No weekend work.
