Job Description

To enhance team performance in behavioral health, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide training for team members, and ensure high-quality patient care while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates daily activities of the team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Leads the team in conducting patient assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
Trains team members on compliance with regulatory guidelines and monitors the quality of counseling services
##### Required qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning
California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
National Provider Identifier required at hire
