Job Description
As a full-time temporary California Licensed Seasonal RN, the candidate will provide professional nursing care in a remote setting, leading the healthcare team, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with standards of practice for a duration of 5 months.
##### Key responsibilities:
Leads the healthcare team by delegating tasks and ensuring accountability while upholding policies and regulations
Develops and monitors individualized patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families
Maintains accurate documentation of nursing processes and participates in departmental performance improvement activities
##### Required qualifications:
Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
Completion of an RN Program
Active California Registered Nurse License
Basic Life Support certification
Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
