Job Description
Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the health care team, develop individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with standards while working remotely for a duration of five months.
##### Key responsibilities:
Leads the health care team, delegates tasks, and maintains accountability for patient care activities
Develops and monitors individualized care plans, ensuring timely communication with patients and families
Documents nursing processes accurately and participates in departmental performance improvement activities
##### Required qualifications:
Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
Completion of an RN Program
California Registered Nurse License
Basic Life Support certification
Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
