Job Description

To support executive compensation initiatives, the full-time remote Executive Compensation Consultant IV will manage market pricing, conduct complex analysis, and develop compensation policies while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
##### Key responsibilities:
Perform executive market pricing and analyze compensation survey data to inform salary structures
Administer compensation policies and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Consult with business partners to evaluate job content and make recommendations for compensation adjustments
##### Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in human resources, finance, or business operations, including two years in compensation projects
Experience in executive compensation is preferred
* Human Resources Professional Certification (PHR) is a plus
