The New Zealand Venue Co. family are looking for multiple enthusiastic and innovative Chef de Partie’s to join our team in Christchurch.

What we’re looking for
- Passionate commitment to a successful career in the hospitality industry

- Possesses a creative flair and superb presentation skillsWhat we need from you:
- You must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- The ability to provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on food safety compliance
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to engage with local community
- Well-rounded experience within bar/pub industry
- Flexible availability to work rostered shifts as our venue is open 7 days a weekWhat will your job duties include?
- Assisting in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- Delivering high quality dishes that are in line with the business’ standard
- Discussing food preparation issues with kitchen and waiting staff
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and standards
- Assist in training new staff and supervising them during service
- Working professionally and effectively in a fast paced environment and communicating with kitchen team members
