Checkout Supervisor - Part Time

Here at PAK’nSAVE Palmerston North, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and we are currently looking for someone to join out Checkout team. We endeavour to reward our customers with a great shopping experience while eating well, for less.
We are looking for a motivated person with outstanding customer service skills. You will need to be a team player, reliable and punctual.
As a Supervisor, you will support the Manager to ensure the day runs smoothly. You will also oversee the sale of restricted items to guarantee legal requirements are met.
The successful applicant will :
Be able to motivate and support the team
Have Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to thrive in a busy environment
Your duties will include:
Assisting Checkout Operators with queries
Operating a checkout and packing groceries
Customer queries
General cleaning
Checkout Supervisor hours are :
Tuesday, 3.30pm - 9.15pm
Wednesday, 5pm - 9.15pm
Thursday, 5pm - 9pm
Sunday, 5pm - 9pm
Total = 17.5hrs
