Duties:

Lead a section of the kitchen, assisting in food preparation and cooking to restaurant standards.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency of your station and the kitchen overall.

Ensure all dishes meet 777’s quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service.

Support training and supervision of junior kitchen staff.

Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed.

Contribute creatively to menu development and provide feedback on new dishes.

Skills:

Proven experience in a busy kitchen, with strong culinary and food preparation skills.

Formal culinary training or hospitality experience is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

Passion for cooking, creativity, and learning new techniques.

Experience with guest interaction and service is an advantage.
