About the Role

• As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences by:
• Taking ownership of your section and maintaining high food standards
• Preparing and presenting quality dishes during busy service periods
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menus
• Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
• Assisting with stock control, food preparation and minimising waste
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

About You

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to progress

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens

- Passion for quality food and delivering consistent results

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach

- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy service environment
