**About the Role**

This newly created, sector‑leading role embeds medical expertise into Regis’ clinical governance, care models and strategic decision‑making. As Chief Medical Advisor, you will provide trusted, independent medical advice to Executive and Board, strengthen clinical assurance, steward enterprise‑level clinical risk, and shape evidence‑informed care for older Australians.

**What You’ll Bring**

• FRACP with subspecialty training in Geriatric Medicine and current AHPRA registration
• Significant experience across aged care, health services and system interfaces
• Strong clinical governance, risk and assurance capability at enterprise level
• Proven ability to advise Executives and Boards on complex, high‑risk clinical matters
• Contemporary clinical practice combined with strategic, system‑level thinking
• Exceptional communication, judgement and professional credibility
