We're looking for a customer-focused problem solver to join our claims team as a Claims Administration Officer. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and agents, delivering great claims experiences through efficient, first-point resolution.

What you'll do

Be the friendly, professional voice our customers and agents hear first - managing calls and claims correspondence with care and attention to detail;

Manage claims lodgement through to administration, including recoveries, in line with policy and procedural guidelines;

Progress claims proactively, keeping stakeholders updated and tasks moving within tight timeframes

Spot potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately;

Support recovery outcomes by liaising with third parties, insurers, and debt collection where needed;

Handle complaints and queries within internal guidelines, always with empathy and professionalism;

Build strong working relationships across the team and with external stakeholders;

What you'll bring

Strong customer care experience and a genuine solutions-oriented mindset - this is essential;

Minimum 2 years' customer service experience;

Completed high school Mathematics and English;

No insurance experience necessary - full training provided! Prior claims or insurance industry experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement;

Great attention to detail and sound judgement;
