Job Description
**Job Summary**
---------------
Working within the Replenishment department and reporting to the Supervisor of the Item Management team, the Clerk is responsible to maintain accurate physical measurements of products and enter detailed item specifications into the system. This role ensures that all product data is accurate, complete, and compliant.
**Key Accountabilities**
------------------------
- Create new products in SAP;
- Measure physical items (ex. dimensions, weight, volume);
- Enter item specifications and attributes (such as material type) into Excel database;
- Verify and update existing item data to ensure accuracy;
- Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in item information;
- Update the product information such as cost, retail, and listing;
- Maintain item descriptions, in both English and French;
- Support the Article Management team for any other related tasks.
**Job Requirements**
--------------------
- Diploma, DEC or AEC in Administration or related field;
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in an administrative role or data entry function;
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset;
- Strong organizational skills combined with a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests at a time;
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite with a good knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent typing and transcription skills;
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset); and
- Bilingual (English & French).
