Client Manager - Branding and Design

An established creative design agency is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Client Manager to join its busy London team.

Please note, this role will be predominantly office based in central London.

A background in a branding or design agency is essential, ideally with strong experience in FMCG and packaging design. This role requires someone who understands the complexities of delivering creative projects for major brands, from initial brief through to artwork, production and print.

You'll be the day-to-day contact for your clients, taking ownership of project delivery, building strong relationships and working closely with creative, strategy and production teams to deliver outstanding work on time and within budget.

The role will involve

Managing smaller projects independently and supporting larger, more complex projects.

Translating client briefs into clear internal briefs, project plans, proposals and estimates.

Coordinating projects through design, artwork, realisation and print production.

Managing client expectations, presenting proposals and feedback, and keeping communication clear and consistent.

Collaborating with designers, strategists and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Managing budgets, resourcing, invoicing and forecasting, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a creative or branding agency environment, ideally working on FMCG brands and packaging projects. Experience managing large-scale brands and multiple stakeholders is important, alongside a good understanding of how brands come to life across different touchpoints.

You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities, with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.
