Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing, ticket sales and brand development for a new 2,000-capacity music and events venue in London.
You'll take ownership of campaigns from launch, driving ticket sales, building audiences and establishing this new venue as a leading destination for live music and culture in London.
Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing and promotion across live music and events
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales
Manage paid social advertising through Meta Business Manager
Create engaging copy for email, social media, websites and advertising
Work closely with promoters, artists, agents and management teams
Brief photographers, videographers and designers on creative assets
Monitor sales and campaign performance to optimise results
Build a strong brand and stay ahead of music, culture and audience trends
Experience
Proven experience marketing gigs, club nights, festivals or live events
Experience launching a brand, venue or event and building an audience
Strong knowledge of music and nightlife audiences
Hands-on experience with Meta ads, email marketing and ticketing platforms
Excellent creative judgement, copywriting and organisational skills
A data-driven approach to campaign performance and ticket sales
Confidence managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently
A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for music and culture
