**About the Role**

As our Clinical Care Manager at Regis Port Macquarie, you will lead daily clinical operations, mentor a passionate and long‑serving care team, support AN‑ACC outcomes, drive quality improvement, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

You’ll be joining a highly engaged home rated “Excellent” overall by My Aged Care in February 2026, reflecting the strong clinical leadership and supportive culture already in place.

**What You’ll Bring**

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven leadership experience in aged care or similar clinical settings
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Confidence in managing assessments, care planning and AN‑ACC requirements
