CNC Machinist

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at our Rutherford facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and program CNC machinery, including mills, lathes and multi-axis equipment, to manufacture precision components.

Interpret technical drawings, specifications and tolerances to ensure accurate, high-quality output.

Monitor production schedules and manage workloads to meet delivery targets.

Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, implementing effective solutions.

Maintain tooling, equipment and a safe, organised work environment.

Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge to support team development.

About You

Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or workshop environment.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Relevant trade qualification in fitting and machining or a similar discipline (preferred, but not essential).
