About the Role

This leadership role is your opportunity to develop and inspire a team of Project Supervisors, equipping them with the skills, support and confidence to deliver outstanding results. You'll provide coaching and oversight across planning, outage management and project delivery, driving safe, efficient and compliant outcomes while ensuring work is completed right first time.

The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like

Ensure familiarity with the contract and key contract deliverables for both Omexom and the client.

Lead the onboarding, training and development of Project Supervisors, building capability and confidence across the team.

ing all relevant industry codes and regulations are complied with on each project.

Audit construction planning and activities to meet the clients’ standards

Monitor outage management quality for business unit

Train, coach and mentor Project Supervisors to achieve excellence in planning, coordination and delivery.

Provide expert oversight across construction planning and outage management activities.

Drive safe, efficient and compliant project delivery, ensuring work is completed right first time.

Champion high standards, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

Trade Qualifications and preferably NZCE or diploma equivalent.

Hands-on experience in electrical and construction supervision.

A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.

Familiarity with industry contracting procedures and contract law.
