**Overview**

We are seeking a Creative Strategy Director who understands how agentic commerce transforms the customer journey from the traditional purchase funnel into an adaptive, AI-assisted ecosystem. This role blends conceptual creativity, experience design, conversational design, and content strategy with a deep knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You will architect AI-native, agent-compatible experiences that are imaginative, brand-forward, and continuously optimized through signals, structure, and feedback loops. These experiences will enable brands to show up effectively in a world where intelligent agents shape discovery, guide decision-making, and can act on behalf of customers.

**Job Responsibilities**

*Creative Vision for AI-Native Customer Journeys*. Defining how brands behave across adaptive, agentic mediated journeys, including:

  • Mapping dynamic customer journeys that evolve based on agent inference, contextual cues, and optimization signals.
  • Designing modular creative and content assets that can be dynamically selected, recombined, or personalized by GEO models.
  • Ensuring journeys include structured decision support that agents can parse and optimize across touchpoints.

*Conversatio**nal**Experience and Interaction Design*. Shaping how customer and agents engage through intelligent interfaces, including:

  • Crafting conversational flows that balance brand personality with agent-friendly structure and intent clarity.
  • Designing interaction frameworks that enable optimization (e.g., slot-filling patterns, variable prompts, consistent intents).
  • Creating conversational prototypes that capture and feed signals back into GEO/AEO models for refinement.

*Content Strategy for GEO & AEO*. Building content systems that are strategically structured for LLM findability and intrinsically optimizable, including:

  • Developing modular content architectures, taxonomies, and metadata schemas that dramatically improve agent understanding.
  • Identifying creative variables—tone, content, visual cues—that can be tuned, tested, and optimized over time.
  • Designing content formats that support generative reinterpretation, multimodal responses, and autonomous recommendations.

*Optimization-Centered Creative Strategy*. Embedding optimization and an experiment-led approach to improvement in every creative decision and asset, including:

  • Partnering with GEO practitioners to turn model insights directly into creative iterations and content refinements.
  • Designing experiments that test narrative frames, messaging attributes, structured content variations, and conversational patterns.
  • Translating optimization outcomes into brand differentiated guidelines that scale across marketing, content, and CX teams.
  • Ensuring our client brand’s agentic presence improves continuously through systematic testing and signal analysis.

**Basic Qualifications:**

  • 10+ years of experience in Creative Strategy that includes some experience working with generative AI.
  • 3+ years of Industry experience in Retail and Consumer Goods & Services

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Design, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients of varying technical expertise.
  • Proficient in developing training materials, including user guides, presentations, and online resources.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to helping clients succeed in adopting new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of production ready specs for creative outputs.
  • Comfortable with travel.
