Customer Service, International
Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Service, International to join our team at Stripe. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers outside of the US, providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a positive experience.Qualifications:• At least 3 years of customer service experience in an international setting• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and another language• Experience working with customer service software and tools• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex customer problems• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• An understanding of Stripe's products, services, and policies
