Customer Service & Sales - Wellington

*What does the Customer Service and

Sales person do?*

This multifaceted counter-based

role supports branch operations, from assisting customers at the counter and

unpacking and receipting incoming goods, to picking, packing and dispatching

customer orders, loading the delivery vehicle, and occasionally undertaking

deliveries. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive

their orders on time while consistently providing a high level of quality

service.

They participate in everything

from inwards/outwards goods and stocktakes, to helping customers find the

products they need and processing sales. How? By welcoming them to the branch,

listening to their needs, and providing them with sound advice every time.

customers and consistently put your best foot forward when representing the

business.

This role can be physically demanding, so a decent level of

physical fitness is required. You will also need your full driver license.  Having your F-endorsement is beneficial but

not required as we can get you trained in this area!
