About the role
The Customer Service Specialist at Epay New Zealand is responsible for delivering high-quality support over the phone to customers, business partners by resolving enquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your main tasks include:
Manage customer service and onboarding enquiries, supporting customers throughout the onboarding process and resolving day-to-day issues efficiently.
Handle a high-volume of customer interactions via phone and email, supporting cardholders, retailers, store owners, and online customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and building positive and lasting customer relationships.
Work closely with internal teams, including Fulfilment and other business units, to investigate and resolve customer issues, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Complete administrative and operational tasks related to customer service and provide support to other teams when required
About you
Customer Service Experience is preferred but not required
A positive can do attitude that comes across bubbly and supportive over the phone
Able to deal with angry or upset clients
Someone who is willing to learn and grow within our organisation
PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for 2x Customer Service Specialists. One for our morning shift and one for the afternoon/evening shift.
Morning Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
Afternoon Shift: 11:30am - 8pm
Both candidates will be Full-Time and must be available to work one weekend day
