• What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to for customer enquiries, supporting licensing sales and admin functions
• Manage inbound requests, including quoting, order processing, and issue resolution
• Work closely with Account Managers and vendors to deliver seamless outcomes
• Spot upsell opportunities and maximise vendor promotions
• Keep systems up to date and produce accurate customer reports
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
• What You’ll Bring

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or IT licensing
• Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and confidence working across systems
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• * Exposure to IT licensing programs or partner tools (advantageous)
